Dr William Meades
BDS (London), General Dentist
After graduating from the Royal London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2005 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery I spent several years working in oral and maxillofacial surgery in the UK and pursued post graduate qualifications in oral implantology orthodontics and facial injectables. My clinical interests are in oral surgery, implantology, and in oral and cosmetic rehabilitation. I have been placing dental implants for the past 16 years. During my time placing implants, it didn’t take long to identify the need for predictable bone augmentation in most implant cases and I have worked with wide range of materials to meet this need over this time period. Around 2020 I discovered EthOss Bone Regeneration and have since been learning the ropes and refining my approach to using this very helpful material in a variety of clinical situations, from sinus augmentation and socket grafting to jump gap and a variety of bone defects. Over time, EthOss has proved predictable in the correct situations and I find it a delight to work with. Its ease of use, especially as no separate membrane is required, has reduced my surgery time and simplified procedures. This benefits both me and my patients greatly. I highly recommend getting to know EthOss as it can be very predictable, stress free and straight forward to use.

BDS Grad Dip Oral Implants (Syd Uni)
With over 20 years of experience in dentistry, I've had the opportunity to explore many fields of dentistry, but it's true to say I have a passion for dental implants. I hold a BDS Grad Dip Oral Implants from Sydney University, however, I believe in the importance of continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements which is why I've sought extensive implant training from renowned institutes such as the Mish Institute in Florida, USA, and the Walpole Street Institute in London. I received my Fellowship of International Congress of Oral Implantologists in Vancouver, Canada. Before opening up my practice, Leichhardt Dental Centre, in Sydney's Inner West, I had the chance to work in some amazing places. I've practiced dentistry in Dubai, Russia, and Western Australia. Those experiences broadened my horizons and allowed me to bring a unique perspective to my work. I continue to work as a visiting implant surgeon in various practices in Sydney and the Northern Coast of NSW. My EthOss journey started as I was looking for a great graft material that was simple to use, synthetic and would turnover to host bone on maturation. Today I use EthOss regularly at my practice and I'm looking forward sharing my experience with EthOss during the upcoming webinar and hopefully it will help you make an informed choice for the benefit of your patients.

BDS (Syd Uni)
I have been placing and restoring dental implants for my practice for 15 years. I have built a busy and successful practice on the foundation of providing the highest quality care for my patients. I do not compromise on treatment modalities, and as such, I only associate with the best equipment and materials to facilitate my care. I routinely use EthOss as part of my armamentarium for all of my implant surgery cases. Cases I use EthOss include; Restoring the jump gap in immediate placement cases. Bone augmentation and volume building in multiple surface bone defects. Sinus augmentation both intra coronal and lateral window approaches. My patients and I appreciate the socket preservation process using ethos without the need for an extra collagen barrier membrane. I believe in an evidence-based approach to providing care and using technologies and techniques which make a difference to my patients lives. EthOss is a game changer in the way that I deliver the best treatment possible to my patients.
